Shopbot Link nesting problem

This is the first time this has happened to me. I am laying out sheets to cut my drawer box parts from 4'x8'x5/8" Appleply. For some reason, when I go to nest, SBLink is rotating one of the parts 90 degrees. In the drawer box designer, nothing is set to be able to rotate the parts. In the materials listing under settings and preferences, the "Grain" checkbox is checked.

Can anyone bring light to what might be happening with this?

Also, in the second screen shot, there are two parts with some half-moon cut outs. If you look at it closely, it appears those cut outs are going to very raged. Is this really how my parts are going to turn out or is this just a rendering issue? Yes, I do have the latest video drivers from my video hardware manufacturer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Send me the job or cabinet/assembly you created the .twd from and also an export from the link with this .twd loaded and I will take a look at it. Keep in mind, if you changed the grain setting AFTER you created CNC, you will have to re-CNC out to get it to apply. Also, my first guess is that the ragged look is more than likely just the graphic display (the Links nested views are definitely not as precise looking as the views in eCabinet Systems).

Just wanted to put some closure to this post.

We (Don and I) had determined that there was a special trash can pull out drawer box that he was using in one cabinet that had the Dbx Front grain set on purpose to 90 degrees and the Dbx Back was set to the same inadvertently. So, it was doing exactly what it was suppose to do in the nested view. Also, as I suspected, the ragged look of a few arcs was just the graphic display (the Links nested views are definitely not as precise looking as the views in eCabinet Systems).
