Hi everyone, the last week has been a nightmare, couldn't use the shopbot link, wouldn't let me use any button on the shopbot link page. The problem is in my computer(hardware) so I bought a new laptop and I am getting the older fixed. Now I tried to get a new activation code (because I used up the last ones I was allowed to get trying to debug my laptop) I didn't know there was a limit and I did not write any down and my emails are in the space somewhere(my fault). Is there anyone on this forum from thermwood or else that can give me a hand with a new code ?

OK, I just saw a post regarding registration code and I want to clarify something here. My new laptop is running perfectly with a code generated this week. My old one is getting repaired but before giving it to the repair shop, I downloaded the software one more time but couldn't activate it (no more code on my account). I will have a total of 2 computers on my account after repair. I saw the policy of not giving codes away and this is not what happened here.

eCabinet's Registration codes are unlimited to the user, however there is an online restriction of five codes. After you've received five codes from the online registration code generator, contact us (Thermwood) and we can reset it, send you a new registration code and if you need a code in the future, you can once again get up to five online.
The restriction is an attempt to avoid wholesale issuance of the eCabinet's license to anyone and everyone. The codes are registered to you and your company.
I see that a registration code has been issued and I've reset your limit.
Please note that since your computer is getting repaired, anything that changes its identity will require you to get a new code. If the motherboard, the hard drive or just the name of the computer is changed, you'll need a new code. Easy to get and normally should only take a couple of minutes online to get a new code, unless the online count is over the limit. Then you have to contact us.

Thank you very much Dennis, ECABINET and SHOPBOT LINK is 90% of my business and I cannot do much without it. Good thing we can get help from Shopbot and Thermwood to get back on track fast.
