Does anyone know if there is a way to modify the information that gets printed on the labels?

Thermwood's software personal can probably customize a label for you. Contact them for a quote. (Paying Thermwood to do it for you is probably a far cry less expensive than finding a copy of Crystal Reports 8.5 and learning how to use it - for one label modification.)
