Have you tried updating your video card driver from the manufacturer's website?

I am having the same issue.
If you right click and click "reset view" the dimensions will show up.
It is annoying. It seems like the cabinet is coming into the line drawing editor crooked or something and it is throwing of the dimensioning.
I think maybe the cabinets are coming in with the wrong perspective/orthographic view setting

I've found that the way to get drawings with everything in tact is to do a screen print (Alt + Print Screen) then bring that into something like Paint and save it as a jpg/ Doing photo export from eCabs has not been successful for me.
