I'm trying to program predrill holes for left and right end assisting the dado and part editor takes so long is there any option of doing it faster? i need 3/16 holes

I would like it in addition because of the top stretchers it might be a better idea to interrupt it on a longer stretch such as the sides(?)

If you don't want it to interrupt the dado, it will have to be manually added in via Part Editor. If it can interrupt the dado you can make a custom KD pattern to make through drill holes and use the Lock Dado construction method.
