need help with shape manager tool

cant get this file to turn into a .tol keep getting this error message
im attaching the original dxf and my tool

You can also use the Trim Two tool for the intersection points. The tops of the line don't touch the vertical portion, the bottoms of the line intersect the lower vertical lines. Something is off in the DXF from Amana. Mastercam does not recognize it as a chain.
