Printing Labels from THM Desktop

I have just installed THM Desktop and when I try to print labels for applying by hand nothing happens.
The Crystal Reports dialog box does not open.
Print Sheets works fine.

We had exactly the same problem when we switched to the desktop software. I can't remember what the fix was right off the top of my head, but here is the thread:

I tried everything in the thread up till Clint sent you an installer and just like you it hasn't worked.

did you download the newest version of control nesting? I have no issue with cn 6.14 and thm 10.3.8

the only issue I got was trying to export to a pdf

you can update thm desktop by going to control options ----> communications ------> check for updates
