Just was wondering if users use a different cutter for the release of the part than the main cutting. We use a 9.6mm 3/8 cutter which is fairly common. I was thinking if I had a different cutter doing the outline could I get away with a more agressive cutter doing the main cutout the a normal upsheer down sheer for the release. I guess they could be different diameters as the software would adapt to that. Would the outline cutter life be longer? I would say yes. Would it give a better edge finish? Courious if anyone is doing things a bit different and getting better results? Is anyone using Diamond cutters for example?
Regards
Neville
