Hi guys
I'm looking for a way to set my alignment manually (obviously won't be 100%)without using the clock for calibration.

Re: Manual head alignment
I assume by clock you mean dial indicator? If so, no you'll need an indicator, precision pin, and tram bar to do the alignments. If you gather all the tools, you can reach out to our service department at service@thermwood.com for alignment procedures.

Re: Manual head alignment
Thanks and yes that's what I mean.
So you not aware of another method to do the head alignment manually with the hand held programmer? To get it more or less aligned?

Re: Manual head alignment
You'll need at least a magnetic base and dial indicator to do it.
