eCabinets Crashes Opening Job

Post by Kerry Fullington »

When I try to open THIS JOB
I get a prompt about single material with two thicknesses. After following instructions on the prompt, eCabinets crashes.
I can't find the problem material 0.813 thickness, in my board stock.

Other jobs open fine.

When I select the material with the .813 thickness in the Duplicate Material Found Dialog, it says the material is .813" Thick and 1.75" Wide.

When I select the .8125 material it says the material is .8125" thick and 2" Wide.

This must be a throwback to when eCabinets treated face frame material as moldings and we had to enter every width we used.

Hi Kerry.
I downloaded your job and tried to load it. I deleted as much hardware as I could. I got the message and typed a different name. It crashed straight away.

I forgot to look at the width it was trying to load. but, Board materials don't have widths so, ㄟ( ▔, ▔ )ㄏ

Hey Mark,

The guys at eCabinets got the job working again and saved me a lot of time. I don't know what the problem was.
