Ramp in error

I just updated control nesting to see if the error left but it is still doing it. For tool settings it only see to do it with climb out line and conventional clean up. Some times drawing the pcs using different part that has different grain sometimes helps but I think the biggest problem is that it is trying to ramp in on a tenon and not a part side. See attached pic. and attached G code.
