Help VERY occasional user with drawer slide holes

I created a pattern for the Blum Tandem Blumotion slides to be used, two 5mm dia holes at specified locations, set to be 15mm deep into sides (gables) with the negative depth set to that, saved the pattern file, installed drawerboxes in cabinet, set the drawer box slide to have the pattern file associated with it in the drawer box dialog, and no holes are appearing. What do I do to get this right?

Upload one your cabinets with drawer and hole pattern applied and we can maybe see what is going on.
