Nesting error

Post by Chris Say »

I loaded a job with part editor cuts and display panels and as soon as I click ok I get an error saying \"Data type conversion error\". What does this mean and what do I need to do to fix it? Here is the file if it helps.

I am getting this error at the machine. I got a will not nest this part error in ecabinets for the left-right stretcher. When filtered, it nested correctly. I made it in build 9. I regenerated it in build 10 and resaved it and get the same error at the machine. Now when I nest it in ecabinets it shows the nest for a brief second then the nest diagrams disappear.

Hey Gentleman. I am getting the same error today for the first time on our CS45 Machine. Any words of advice to resolve this?

Thanks

Quick update.
As I try to nest now it just simply hangs and then after 30 minutes crashes thermwood all together.

Are you able to nest any other jobs? Is it just doing it with one particular job?

Hey Jeremey, thanks for reaching out! It is only this one job that gives that error. I have never seen it before. And am cutting another job today that nested perfectly, wrote and is cutting now.
