Thanks to All for your input. As usual, we will certainly review your input regarding this topic and try to implement in a timely matter among other priorities.

In regards to Will's statements concerning final cleanup operation in the outline and pocket mode; .twd files from eCab currently do not allow user to apply additional outline passes for perimeter clean up as you already know, however the Pocketing feature does. If you go into Control Nesting SETTINGS, under the Pocket Tool Setup, you can enter a Clean up amt. (just so your aware of this). Now, discussing DXF file nesting, if you are using DXF Files, there are multiple ways you can manipulate cutter with layer names etc.. to get multi. passes for both depth and perimeter. You can use centerline or compin/out layers at multiple depths to create depth cuts and offset geom. to create your perimeter cleanup.

I hope this information has been helpful. You can contact Thermwood's Software Support (1800 221 3865 or email: program@thermwood.com) for additional questions/concerns on this topic if you see fit.
