Problem with a moving countertop after PE cut

Can someone take a look at this job and let me know why this countertop is moving 3" after I take it to the PE and cut it.

It must be in the program
I played with it for about 2-Hr's
I did make a DXF for you with the sink cut out

Thanks George for looking into this!! As much as I tried, I couldn't find a way around it so I deleted the back splash and just moved the top after I modified it.
