I cant seem to get the "Item Window" to come up in the wall editor... I thought I would have a go at putting an entry door in a wall the way the new help file says it can be done.
I can get the Item Window to come up in the custom layout view by moving the cursor to the right window border. Is this what is supposed to happen in the wall editor view?
When I have the Item Window open in the custom layout view, I don't see any options to add an entry door, even when the wall is selected....

Rob,
You will need to have the wall in an elevation view to be able to see the wall items tab. (select the wall and then hit W on the keyboard)
There is a tab (hard to see) in the upper right hand corner of your work area to open the Item Window.
