can't open ecabinets

I can not open ecabs, I install V6, work good for a while than said (invalid app data path --error opening StringT abe. mdb)
Does anyone have this promble

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with this.

Have you moved or deleted any files in the All User Application Data folder?
If you have, it may be necessary to run the installation program again. Should something have happened to these files, the repair or reinstall function should resolve this.

Give it a try.

Please check to be sure you have access to the following folder on XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Thermwood\eCabinet Systems

Or Vista/Windows 7:
C:\ProgramData\Thermwood\eCabinet Systems

In this folder is the files that it is looking for.
