serious issue on CN 5.62 Metric machine.

hi all
i have updated the 5.62 CN recently and some thing went wrong
after the update all i have done is this first job and has very bad result it does the job and all of sudden it cuts into the job before finish pass
and thought would give atry on another job nested it still same even the other job got this extra cuts on them can see them on the graph clearly iam attaching the photo

please change the ext back to .cab

twd file change the ext to.twd/anyway its happening same with all twd files not only this.

will some one be able to look into this issue asap and give a quick solution to start production back asap

This situation is currently under review. Can you please attach your actual design files as well? This would be .hsf, .esa, or .esj...

In the event an update has caused issues in your particular process, you can shut down the THM software, then run the update file again and choose the Remove option to rollback to previous version. In anycase, we need to get files associated to a particular issue in order to fix.

for your info sake let me put it this way its happening with every single twd irrespective of what is the design and process in it ,i have tried couple of them which were working fine before.

hope you get this if you feel still you need the file i will send it to you.
