Well i fixed it.
Thanks to everyone who was going to help. I dont really know what i did... but its back to normal, just now have to fix or replace my spoilboard. Ive been programming and running cnc's for about 2 years collectively now and everyday i still feel like this is my first. haha.

Thank god nothing happened with the spindle, glad theres safetys and such for accidents. Luckily no damage to the spindle, or shroud. And I escaped by only needed minimal bondo to fill in the board, 5X8 sheets arent cheap.
