Feature to add future edgebanding by default.

Post by Forrest Chapman »

So some of you may remember Beta testing this feature a few years back. We had the option of setting the default edge-banding for certain edges. This allowed for any future added parts to automatically add the banding to that edge of the part. It seemed to work well so I'm not sure why it was removed before final release. This would be a very useful feature to have when making mods to an existing cabinet. Sometimes in the rush the banding is forgotten and if its thick it will cause issues.

I don’t mean to hijack this thread but while the subject is future upgrades it would also be nice to use the inset carving option on stretchers seeing as that they are now much more versatile in cabinet and furniture designs.
