Molding Placement Issue

Molding Placement Issue
When placing any moldings onto a standard upper frameless cabinet, the right hand return molding always has about a 1" back scribe and the front molding to side molding joint are overlap even though all the preferences are left alone with mitre's and 0 scribes? Anyone else having this problem? I have updated to Build 12. Thanks
