new code

I have been using ecabs for nearly ten years , there is nothing we built without it beeing done in ecabs first,
just updated computer to windows ten, now it ask me for the code, I can not find the code

the email I signed up with does not exist anymore, please can I register with a different email,
I really need ecabs to work as my old laptop gave up the ghost .
