Stetchers not stretching

Stetchers not stretching
Working with the new version (6.1) I am having a problem with the stretchers on my cabinets not stretching when I change the size of the cabinet. This used to work, am I missing something? I didn't see any other posts on this subject

Ok, I figured it out, new settings, new features but for what it is worth it is a solution in search of a problem. Is there any way to make stretching behavior a default so that stretchers move with the parts they are associated with by default and if you need to change it you must change the settings. Now I will have to remember to lock the #5 and #6 every time I set a stretcher. Seems like extra work. Anyone agree?
