control nesting bug in software version override

if you have a job nested in control nesting with obey current version installed and then go to nest a new job with the software version override set to "older version" and nest it the nest diagrams will not update. this seems to be a newer issue maybe with thm 10 desktop or one of the last control nesting updates as I haven't had this issue before. video below

This is because we didn't release sheet images being populated in Nested Base View until software version 7.4.1. So anything prior to that will not have the necessary information written to populate that correctly.
