I asked how to do this for joints in general, and have it now working for top to sides, sides to backs, etc., but the stretchers are tough for me.
See the pic. I use the pattern you gave me and thanks, but note how my stretcher join (at center) has one tenon and two screw holes, the others have the opposite. Two tenons, one screw at center, is what I want.
I have fiddled with the construction settings of the center stretcher until going blind, and can get no change.

In the construction parameters for the stretcher set the single Kd/Rta max edge length to be the same as the width of the stretcher
