Strecher Alignment

In the attached file I can align the 90 degree stretcher but secondary and third one I can't make happen.
Its not a big deal in this situation as we are only cutting the file and not using it for presentation.
It might be my technique but I have tried for quite some time to get them there.
If anyone has some tips or just putting out there if its something that maybe could be looked at.
