Hi, we have a CS40 and when I cut out parts from eCabinets, they all seem to be about 1/16" too small. When I nest the parts on the CNC it does show the right dimensions there as well, but when I measure the part its around 1/16" small. Is there some setting or something I'm missing?
Thanks

Did you check the diameter of your outline tool?

Re: CS40 Cutting Parts Slightly too Small
Every time this happened to our machine it was because the diameter of the outline tool was incorrectly setup. It would make parts larger or smaller depending on what way the incorrect number was inputted.

Re: CS40 Cutting Parts Slightly too Small
Yes you were right, I just replaced the bit with a new one that we got sharpened and it's laser measured. Its cutting exactly the right size now. The bit I had in before was a brand new 1/2" bit but I just measured it with a caliper and it is slightly smaller than 1/2". Now I'll be measuring each bit before I use it.
Thanks!
