THM Software Crashes With Jobs over 30 Sheets

Hi, we have a CS-40 running Win 2000 Pro with control nesting v5.59 Patch 3. I am having trouble with a large job I am trying to cut out. I have about 36 sheets worth of cabinets for one job. I nested all 36 sheets, but when I click "Write CNC" it loads for a few seconds and then crashes. I get an error message saying THM has generated errors and was closed by windows. I did try reinstalling control nesting and rebooting, but nothing changed. Is there a limit to how many sheets can be nested at once or is there something wrong somewhere?

Your hard drive might be full. You could try removing all older files and then doing a cleanup and defrag.

And there is a limit to 999 parts but that usually gives you an error of to many parts.

Hi, sorry I totally forgot to reply before. You were right, the hard drive was pretty close to full so I ran defrag and cleared out some old files. Its running well again now.
