Dymo printer

Hi all
I need help with label printing from Dymo 450. I need to re-install the software. As for an old machine with windows xp, you can imagine that the installation is not as easy as abc. This requires a good IT guy, which I dont have at this moment. So I do it manually, i.e printing sheets. However when I print to window, only sheet 1.bmp-paint appears. Where are the other pages? There is no " next page" , "page number" or "advanced" section to look up. Any idea?
I also tried to print from ecabinets but the 2 nestings are not the same
please share your thoughts as we cannot make the job without stickers
