Been away from eCabs for a while and lost my seeds files, so I am starting from zero. We use production sharing to source frameless box parts and our program for assembly is lock dado joints everything fixed with Zip R screws, the parts all drilled with 3mm through holes for the screws.
Attached is a 3D render of the only joint with a screw as close to an end as this. Our front top partial and all our stretchers are 4" width and we want one lock dado tenon with 2 flanking screws. See the dimensions.
Does this arrangement look OK with its inset for screw locations and its tenon-screw offset? We use MCP panels at 3/4" thickness for all carcase parts.
