Advice on M42 Turret head machine

Advice on M42 Turret head machine
I am looking at a M42 turret head machine. It has dual 5x5 tables. Dual tables makes sense for what we do. Does anyone have any feedback on the turret head? It seams complicated and I have heard that they are problematic. Does anyone use one or have any advice? Does Thermwood still make the turret head?
