I was wondering if you can do this, and well, you can. I was able to make a custom Spindle Baluster using the parts editor. It's kind of ugly with the wrong proportions, but it was just an experiment to see if it could be done.

Keep up the good work. Yea, it may be kinda outa proportions. But, Now you know how. Just perfect the tools and you are well on your way...

Now the question is...if we took your design to the profile modeler on the machine control - could we machine it with the rotary playback unit?

Because I used a spline in my design I would doubt it would work on your machine.
