somehow I have a computer that did not get version 5.1 build 2 on it. I have downloaded v5.1 build 3 but do not get the new screen from build 2. Do I have to install build 2 first and if so where can I get it??

When you open ecabs, goto the help pull down at the top of the page. Under "Help" you will find, "About Ecabinets". Click this to see what version is currently running.
The build 3 download will update your software to the current version. You do not have to install build 2 to install build 3.
Note: Make sure that you shut down Ecabs before installing the update.
