toe kick problem

I am a new user and when I put my cabinets in a room layout all of the toe kicks got these weird angles on them. any ideas?

Lyndon,
First of all welcome!

I have not downloaded your job,but it sounds to me like, in your Settings/Preferences, the amount of detail for Custom Layout is not set at maximum. (Sometimes it is preferable NOT to set it at the max, especially in bigger jobs)
OR
While in Custom Layout click on the Enhanced View button and see if that makes a difference. This will also have the same effect as if you set the detail for Custom Layout to max.

a Presentation View will also render the room at photo-realistic quality.

Talk about toe kick
How does everyone set up for there 1/4\" toe kick in front
of there toe kick on the cabinet.Is there a easy way to do this.
Would you make a display cube or panel or build it in to the cabinet.

The best way I have found is with a stretcher. I would start a new line of cabinets with all stretchers in place (of course). You can use negative numbers to position them on the cabinet if needed. The stretchers allow for expanding the cabinet as needed also.

Lyndon,
Here are the two hoods that I have. You can scale them to any size that you need. You can take them to the Display Part Editor and right click on the parts to change the textures. If you do a search on this forum for stanisci you will find these hoods also in the Customer 3D area. There are a lot of objects for download in Customer 3D.
