Please advice about how to definitely clear this fault.
It happens sometimes after NC reset has been pressed.
When cleared by clicking OK the machine works fine except the E-stop on the teach pendant does not work.

Hello,
Does the error come up when you press NC Reset or when you press the front panel e-stop button in? This is common to see when pressing the front panel stop in because it is tied into the same circuit as the tooling lockout switch. You can delete the PLC history file in the System folder of the C: drive to see if that helps. To really troubleshoot the problem you would want to talk to someone in the field service department at Thermwood on the phone. 1-800-221-3865
