Hi guys,
we have a CS45 CNC router and recently I heard that there's a company that makes hydro tool holders for the thermwood machines. We have problem with the wear of our outline tool and we are looking into ideas to extend the life of the tool. We don't want to use shrink fits and diamonds. Diamonds chips with the constant cutting of laminate and I need a dozen of shrink fit collets in order to maintain sharp tool availability.
Have you heard anything of these hydro holders?

Here are a couple links regarding hyrdo tool holders. As far as using the holders on your Thermwood router, they will not work with the factory auto tool change system, you will need to provide holding arms for the tool holder in order to mount them on your machine. Also, it is important that you make sure when using tool holders from another source other than Thermwood, that you make the taper matches that of your router spindle or damages could occur.
