Something Wrong w/ nVidia Tweak Utility

I tried to use it on my HP XW8400 Workstation w/ Nvidia Quadro FX1700. The 16X Antiliasing is disabled completely and even the 4X Antiliasing doesnt do any difference. Is there anything wrong with it or there's something wrong with my system. I am running XP 32bit but the processor is a 64bit quad core Xeon w/ 4GB RAM.
