Re: Crash in line drawing
Tom,
Does the software give you the option to send in a crash report? If it doesn't go to Settings/Preferences and make sure the box for Disable Crash Reporting is unchecked . Then get it to crash again and see if the dialog comes up to send a crash report. If it does, and you send one in, note the ...

Kerry,
If you have access to the training videos, you can find the same videos that were in the beta forum under the What's New section for version 6.2.2.

Re: Head out of alignment
Marcel,
Everyone has their own idea of what "tight enough" is for a bolt. In the case of those four large bolts, the aluminum plate the bolts thread into has steel threaded inserts in it so you can go fairly tight on them.
It would be worth though the next time you need to re-tram the head, take ...

Audrey,
Glad to hear it is working. I generally check on a monthly basis for graphics card updates. Always check directly on the manufacturer's site, not through Windows.

What is the model of your graphics card and the currently installed driver version? Also what version of Windows are you running? And 64 or 32 bit?

A little correction on Forrest's wording, and for clarification for others.

At what point are you at? Does the render generate, just not look as nice? Or does the software stop when rendering?

Re: Machining single side material
Single sided material always gets outline cuts done with A side up. So if you have a pocket or a drill on the B side, there will be a flip operation. The dialog will tell you to load BACK side up. This is referring to the B side of the material. The A and B sides of the material can be set in ...

It seems to work on assemblies in the Cabinet Editor as you can pick individual pieces or all of the pieces of the assembly. I'm not certain though why it doesn't work from Custom Layout. I'll have to speak with the software engineers if there is a reason why it doesn't, or if it is a bug. I ...

I see the same thing. I'll pass it along to the software engineers and go from there. It seems as though it is still there, but being rotated and cut away. You can use the Delete tool and choose Geometry Cut. The area that has been removed will show so you can bring it back. It still gets kind ...
