Hey Ryan, I answered my own question yesterday. I went to do something with "no outline cut" and noticed that the "no off fall" was checked, hence why I wasn't getting off fall.
Thanks for your input

Off Fall in CN 5.49
I just installed the new version of CN. I noticed that the option to change the off fall size is greyed out, and the value cannot be changed. Also when a nest does not require the whole sheet, it does not consider the leftover an off fall. Maybe I'm missing something. If someone could help shed some ...

Re: Dado Overlap issue
Ok, thanks for your help Ryan. Maybe this could be addressed in a later version of control nest.
Thanks, Jeff

Re: Dado Overlap issue
Rob I was on the same page as you, I thought that if I took the pocket right through the top and bottom it would work, but no such luck. I did find it funny that is was pocketing at the bottom side of the blind dado. Hmm well I guess we will continue to trim them up by hand. Unless Thermwood has a ...

Dado Overlap issue
Good morning all... I am currently doing a job that specs recessed metal pilaster strips for adjustable shelving units. The problem I am having is that the pocket for the pilaster will never overlap into the opening of the blind dado. As a result I end up with a little radius corner that needs to be ...

Siemens IR Module Fault
Good morning, I have a quick question for the Thermwood team. We have been getting an error every once in a while stating "Lockout Switch open, Siemens IR module Fault (Input 72)" Our original fix was to bypass the tool lockout switch which seemed to work, so we bought a new switch. All was fine for ...

Add Part Clearance
I'm curious if there is a way that I can eliminate the .5" default part clearance to 0"? What I am looking to do is save some time on drilling some holes in my drawer fronts by stacking say 3 fronts in the G902 corner opposed to 1 at a time. I was thinking I could create a .DXF File That was the ...

Hello, I have been trying to run this dogbowl holder for a customer, but i get an error when i click write cnc saying \"Appropriate start point for operation 3 not found\" which is the outline cut. I did run it to see what happened. The cutting starts where the 2 arcs meet, but it cuts in to far. Is ...

Pockets don't intersect
I'm wondering if anyone else has this pocketing dilema. If the grooves cross over eachother the bit will stop just shy of the perpendicular groove. Anyone have any solutions

Part Editor in X axis..
I have read a couple of posts on how people are \"outsmarting\" the part editor by making cuts on the x axis. I'm confused what more can i say... I would like to drill some 5mm holes in a 1.75 x 1.75 leg on the z and x axis, can anybody steer me in the right direction to acheiving this? Also will it ...

Right End not nesting properly
I just noticed today that a job we ran last friday ended up not doing any machining on the right ends, it strictly cut out a rectangular piece the size the gable was to be? This only happened on my upper cabinets, not my lowers, does anyone know what could be up?? I have tried just nest the one ...
