Thanks Ryan I spoke to Jeff in the retro fit dept and what they have will not work. Our machine which has an HSD spindle with the ATC storing tools in the left leg. The available dust collection rig will only work with tool bar stored tools and not leg stored tools. So it looks like the 8" wall idea ...

Good day We will be installing a M67-105 this month and I am looking to install some sort of a dust collection system to the machine. This machine will be used for 3 axis work when our M45 is at capacity. When we need 5 axis work done our primary use will be carving EPS or sign foam 4' x 8' sheets ...

Rob I have solved this problem by using an O flute down cut spiral tool. My favorite is a Vortex 5730H. I have also used this tool to cut over 125 sheets of an art type acrylic composite with the top surface colored epoxy and the substrate clear acrylic. Its rather brittle and easily damaged and at ...
