Yes I do get the message about the 256 MB RAM to install. I didn't think anything of it because my computer has 256 MB RAM. I really know very little about computers though.

I should have also noted that my pc does not have vista. It has xp.

Last September I installed the software on a laptop running Vista and didn't have any problems. I am now trying to install on my pc with no luck. The messages I get are:

InstallShield Wizard completed.
The wizard was interrupted before ecab could be successsfully installed.
