Try using a hole pattern for a "drawer slide" that has been modified to your parameters. I think Nat has posted an example of this in the past. This will allow you to accomplish what you need and move vertically as required, but will not constrain the rod holes to center. Maybe Nat or others ...

Brad makes a good point. This also works when using the ShopBot Link. All "DoNotCut" sheetgoods are not nested. Brad's 1" by 1" sheets were smaller than mine, but works the same.

The current online download is a full install/upgrade version. It is all that you need. CD is no longer used. Not sure if you need a new reg # tho.... my guess is yes, as it will be perceived as a "new" computer.
