Thanks for the input! Some of what you mentioned I have learned the hard way just cutting various other sheet goods and some, well I hadn't a clue.

Yeah on the TWD file, I have been through the process a couple times now... I have a call into Thermwood:(

Yes this is my first day with my new link, LOL I have created a TWD file but when I try to load it with my shop bot link it simply blinks and nothing happens, nothing comes up to "add" or select. Any help would be most appreciated!!
