While in Cabinet Editor, if I delete a part while other parts are hidden, the hidden parts reappear. It would be nice if the hidden parts remained hidden until the user intentionally restores their visibility.

Two issues:
1. The blue dimension lines don't print on a laser printer, but they will print to a .pdf.
2. There are faint horizontal lines extending from the arrow heads on dimension lines. The attached .pdf file shows these lines: Cab A.pdf

Is there any way to print more than one line drawing page at a time? The project I'm working on is going to have a number of pages, and printing each page one at a time is, well, a bother.
