LDE dimension lines don't print properly

LDE dimension lines don't print properly

Two issues:
1. The blue dimension lines don't print on a laser printer, but they will print to a .pdf.
2. There are faint horizontal lines extending from the arrow heads on dimension lines. The attached .pdf file shows these lines:

Does anyone have any thoughts on how to get the dimension lines to print to a laser printer from the software, and how to get rid of the unwanted lines?
