Thanks, I changed the sheet stock to 49 x 97 and the collor to 0 and it nested great with no errors. I usely don't make cabinet this high so this must be why I have not run in to it before. Thank again.

If I did it right here is the Ref and and a vanity that wont nest right. When I nest them The back and the sides want nest on the ref and the back on the vanity.
1. The Back is 40.25 x 96.
2. 3/4 all but 1/4 Back.
3. 3/16 saw blade
4. Collar set 1/2 never change it.

Thanks every one for the replys, I did try the cabinet today on the older computer and I is acting the same. When I take the tall cabinet of of the seed and change it , so it has a 1/4 back it call for 1 sheet of 1/4, But if I change the height or width it will call for 2 sheet, But I do see it If ...

I dugout the old standby and try it on that computer and it works fine on the other computer
I will tranfer the files over for the newer one to the old one and see what happen. I am not sure what happen and will give it a try later. Thank for the reply.

I'm not sure what going on but there is what I have done.

1. I took the tall cabinet out of the seeds and change it to have a 1/4 back, and clicked cut list, It has 1 sheet of 1/4"
2. Changed it to 36 " wide checked 1 sheet of 1/4" change it to 41" now it shows It need two sheets of 1/4"
