Cutting ply wood

I'm wondering if anybody could tell me the feed rate and spindle speed for cutting 12mm(half inch) exterior grade ply wood. The parts are quite small, roughly 12 inches by 18 inches. Thanks.

Phil,

18000 rpm, 1000 ipm, 3/8\" comp. The parts should hold but if they don't take 2 passes.
