Hi Thom,

The toolman.thm file located in C:\\system\\ directory has been corrupted on your machine for some reason. I've seen this in cases were customers were in a power storm of some type and also if the power comming into the controller is very unstable.

The toolman.thm file contains all the information that is in your tool management system on the control (F10, F9, F2) and can be backed up by selecting F10, F9, F6. The screen will then inform you that a backup copy called toolman.cpy has been generated (do not perform this backup until you do the following instructions, your thm file is currently corrupt).

You will need to shut down the THM software (Alt + X), go to WIN explorer and find the C:\\system\\ directory, delete the toolman.thm file, then find toolman.cpy file and rename it so that it has a .thm extension. You can then restart the THM software by selecting icon on desktop or CTRL + Alt + T. Once THM has started you need to go into your toolmanager and check all your tooling settings to ensure the most update version is there. Once you have verified all your settings are correct, go through the procedure to make a backup file for future reference (listed above).

I hope this information has been helpful, you can contact me at program@thermwood.com if you have further questions.
