How to add a roof? and floating wall?

How do i add a roof onto this? Just on the slanted part.

Also i want to place a wall that does not touch the floor, to span across at the top of the roof line. In wall editor if i cut from wall that section it leaves a ghost section of wall on the floor and doesn't look good. any ideas. Thank you. ted.

I usually use display cubes for ceilings, soffits and the like.

Yeah, until you start trying to place furniture in it

. We have a large living room with a fireplace at one end, balcony rail at the other, 13 foot-wide window on one side and a wall with two entries (kitchen and dining room) on the other. Placing furniture so that it both looks good and the space is usable has been a nightmare for us

Thanks mike, i'am trying the display cubes for the roof ,will see if i can make it work.

yeah this house is cool. what you see is already built and thats only a third of it and thats only the addition. Not my home but a customer with some interesting tastes. I'll post so pics in a few months when were done.
