My computer literally was smoking a couple of weeks ago, I just rebuilt it. I needed to install a new motherboard and cpu among other things, so I needed to reinstall ecabs. Well, it asks for a new code(says the other one is registered to another computer, so I tried to get a new code from the generator but nothing happened. Does anyone know how long it takes to recieve your new code? Thanks for your help!!!

Hi Ryan,
When you use the code generator it should send an email to you straight away. If you havent received it, try checking your junkmail settings to allow it to come through or even just have a look in your junk email folder.

If you did not receive an email with a reg code, you can either call 877-880-4638 for eCabinet tech support or email cabinets@thermwood.com
